From 10,000 Parts to Two Materials.
From Chaos to Control.

We didn't just automate a construction task; we re-imagined the entire system from first principles. The Building Machine is an on-site factory that transforms the complexity of traditional building into a simple, repeatable, and radically efficient manufacturing process.

Our Philosophy

Our Guiding Principle: Delete the Part.

Diagram showing reduction from over 100 traditional building parts to just 2 with The Building Train system.

Every individual part in a traditional build introduces cost, complexity, and a potential point of failure. It must be designed, sourced, shipped, stored, handled, and installed. Our philosophy, rooted in Design for Manufacturing, is to relentlessly eliminate these parts. By reducing a home's entire structural shell (foundation, walls, and roof) to just two core materials, we eliminate entire categories of work and create a system that is inherently simpler, faster, and more robust.

Why We're Not Prefab. Why We're Not 3D Printing.

Whole-Shell Automation

We automate the entire structural shell (foundation, walls, and roof) in one integrated on-site process. This deletes complexity and eliminates entire categories of labor, rather than just moving complexity to a factory.

The Answer Isn't One Giant Factory. It's Thousands of Mobile Ones.

Our Building Machines are, in essence, mobile, robotic factories. Our vision is to build a "Factory of Factories"—a distributed network of hundreds, then thousands of BMs operating simultaneously across the country. This model allows for the exponential scaling of housing production, a feat impossible for capital-intensive, centralized facilities. We scale by multiplying our production units, not by building bigger walls around a single plant.

The Power of Ubiquity: Concrete & Rebar.

Our choice of materials is a core strategic advantage. Concrete and rebar are ubiquitous. Their supply chains are robust, their costs are stable, and their properties are universally understood and trusted. We don't rely on proprietary "inks" or complex composites that create new supply chain bottlenecks. We leverage the world's most proven building materials to deliver resilient, fire-proof, hurricane-resistant homes that will last for generations.

Design Flexibility.

Our horizontal casting process, based on an extrudable profile, allows for a vast range of architectural expression. From modern single-family homes and ADUs to multi-story townhouses, the TBT platform provides the flexibility to create beautiful, desirable, and varied communities.

BM V5 - Next-generation machine rendering

BM V5 (Production Model)

Our alpha prototype, BM V4, successfully built our first demonstration home and proved the viability of our core process. Our next-generation Building Machine, BM V5, is engineered for durability, speed, and efficiency, ready for fleet deployment across the country. The core TBT process is patent-pending, securing our unique position as we scale to meet the nation's housing demand.

A Learning Curve You Can Bank On.

This is the most important chart we can show you. With each section we cast for our first demo home, we cut our labor time in half. This isn't just a track record of improvement; it's our promise to you. We are relentlessly focused on making this process faster, simpler, and more profitable. When you partner with us, you partner with a team that executes.

Precision in Every Detail.

The Building Machine's process creates dimensionally perfect and consistent openings for windows and doors. This precision simplifies construction, ensuring tight seals, superior energy efficiency, and a high-quality aesthetic that's repeatable on every single home.

  • Perfectly Plumb & Square Openings: Reduces manual adjustments and shimming.
  • Seamless Integration: Compatible with all standard window and door packages.
  • Enhanced Durability: Monolithic concrete floors, walls, and trim are exceptionally durable and built to last.
  • Integrated Trim: Trim details can be cast directly into walls and floors, reducing complexity.

Built different to build better

Automated Casting

Injection-molded sections cast complete foundations, walls, and roofs in a single pour: no forms, no crews.

Rapid Iteration

Each machine cycle teaches us more; we've halved labor every version and we're not done yet.

57% Cheaper Shells

Orders-of-magnitude part reduction translates into dramatic cost savings that we share with builders.

Sustainable by Design

Thermal-mass envelopes + off-grid solar packages offset embodied carbon within ~4 years of move-in.
